Why Choose Us
Words From Our Clients
"We’ve used 1st Priority Building & Remodeling many times and we would use them again! They completely remodeled our kitchen which meant removing a wall, cabinets, flooring, etc. We LOVE our kitchen! They also completely remodeled our primary bathroom which included cutting back a wall, a tiled shower instead of a tub, a new vanity cabinet/sink, etc and tile flooring. What a HUGE difference! Other projects too numerous to mention. Suffice it to say, if you are looking for a company that is local to the Woodbine and surrounding area that does what they say they are going to do and does it a at competitive price, you need 1st Priority Building & Remodeling!" - Kay
"My wife, Angela, and I have worked with 1st Priority for more than a decade, on two whole-house renovations. 1st Priority has built us kitchens and bathrooms, basements and decks – the full range of home improvement projects. Shawn always does outstanding work for good prices. And, most importantly, we trust him." - Sidney
""I can’t say enough good things about my experience with 1st Priority Remodeling. They did an amazing job remodeling both my kitchen and bathroom, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. They did such a great job on my kitchen that when it was time to upgrade our bathrooms I didn’t hesitate in asking Shawn at 1st Priority Remolding. From the beginning, they listened to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and really cared about making sure I was happy with the results. They were professional, dependable, respectful of my home, and paid attention to the little details that made a big difference. The quality of the work is excellent, and the finished kitchen and bathrooms look even better than I imagined. I’m extremely pleased with the results and would highly recommend 1st Priority Remodeling to anyone looking for a contractor who takes pride in their work and truly cares about their customers. They will not leave until the job is completed and you are satisfied!!" - Brian
